Please follow these simple steps in your SAP sytem to successfully extract the data necessary to generate your free system analysis report:
| 1. | Execute transaction ST03n or navigate to Tools -> Administration -> Monitor -> Performance -> Workload and double click "Analysis" or "Aggregated Statistics Records - Local". You should see a screen similar to this. |

| 2. | Ensure you are in Expert mode as indicated by the red arrow in the image below. If you are not in Expert Mode then hit the mode button and select it from the dropdown. |

| 3. | Expand the workload node and the expand the child node month until your workload tree looks similar to this: |

| 4. | Double click one month from the list of months available. The screen should change to be similar to this: |

| 5. | Under "Analysis Views" in the lower left of the screen, expand the Transaction Profile node and double click "Standard". |

| 6. | Select the All Data tab from the available tabs on the right hand side of the screen. |

| 7. | Export the necessary data by clicking on the export button and select Local File. |

| 8. | Save the file unconverted. |

| 9. | Choose a relevant name for the file and a location to save it on your local drive. |
