Getting IOS Crash Logs

To help troubleshoot some bugs,support may need you to submit crash logs for troubleshooting purposes.
Navigate to your device Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data.

Scroll through this list to find AdvancedBOL events. See screen shot below. The list is alphabetical.

Tap one of these events.

Tap the share icon at the top right.

Email it to the support team with “Attn: Crash Logs” in the subject line.
